I just remembered about these moments in life where you get hit by something or someone, and it probably did hurt, even if it was a sting that you can say "That bloody hurt", it hurts.
Then you've got the idiots who think everyone can take a piece of pain that doesn't seem to exist for them somehow and say "That doesn't hurt."
If they got punched, and it doesn't hurt them, well okay it doesn't hurt them. It's like me wacking some 6 year old roleplayer on GMod in the face with a sledgehammer full of nails and some deadly shit like that, watching his face bleed and possibly him in either terror or dead and saying "That doesn't hurt him."

But I'm really hating the people that punch you and it hurts, you typically go "Ouch" and they just go "Doesn't hurt." So if I smacked him with a hammer on the nose very hard can I say "Doesn't hurt."?

"Ouch" is a reaction to getting hit. If you get hit and it doesn't hurt, it doesn't fucking hurt. Maybe your arms are so weak that when you punch, it really doesn't fucking hurt. Put some intelligence into the threads, too, because this is pointless.
