• Getting driver violation BSOD after installing new CPU

I swapped my CPU out from a 2500k to a 3570k, reset my BIOS to default optimizations, booted to Windows, and it BSODs after about 5 minutes of being on the desktop giving me a driver violation error. I had updated my BIOS before I installed it as well, so it understands that a newer CPU is in it. I'm running on Windows 8.
If you can keep the system running long enough, try upgrading your chipset drivers: http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/highlights/sftwr-prod/inf
