The Heat fell two wins shy of beginning that reign in 2011. On Thursday, Miami’s rule over the NBA officially started. The Heat defeated the Thunder 121-106 at AmericanAirlines Arena in Game 5 of the NBA Finals to clinch the world championship. After losing the first game of the series, the Heat won four straight to earn the franchise’s second NBA championship. While the Heat’s victories in Game 2, 3 and 4 were close and decided by only a few possessions, the clincher was an emphatic statement of basketball greatness.“We believe we built a team to be around for awhile,” team president Pat Riley said.James, named Finals MVP, scored 26 points to go along with 13 assists and 11 rebounds, finishing with a triple-double in the biggest game of his career. His assist total tied a postseason career high. James entered Game 5 averaging 29.3 points, 10 rebounds and six assists in the series.“It’s about damn time,” James said after receiving his MVP trophy. It was a wild ride. A bit of historical perspective: The Heat is the first team in the history of the NBA to win the Finals after trailing in three different playoff series. Miami trailed the Pacers 2-1 in the Eastern Conference semifinals, trailed the Celtics 3-2 in the Eastern Conference finals and trailed the Thunder 1-0 in the Finals.“We love you, Miami,” Heat coach Erik Spoelstra said. “Thank you for your patience.”
Lebron was a fucking beast all game, jesus christ.

I'm going to miss Lebron being made fun of for not winning anything. That's really my only thoughts on the whole thing. Personally I really didn't keep up with any of it.
The Heat dominated the entire game, really. Even when OKC was close to tying the board, it still looked like they were shitting the bed next to... Miller? Pretty fun watching Heat bench players sodomize OKC starters. Felt bad watching Kevin Durant cry at the end though. Also,
I'm surprised OKC made it as far as they did being such a young, inexperienced team. I'd say that was their big disadvantage. They'll probably get a ring or two in years to come. They made it this far and almost the entire starting roster is 23 and under.
Each game was an amazing one to watch. Game 5 just turned into a "How to shoot 3's with the Heat". Fucking Miller was nuts for a guy who can barely run anymore.
I rooted for Heat since the beginning of the season.
I'm surprised the Thunder even got this far. Lebron is highly skilled no doubt but he's a bitch boy with an inflated ego

He was a bitch boy with an inflated ego last season when playing against Dallas Mavericks. James even admitted his mistakes to national TV. LeBron played like a selfless player to me, who cared more about playing with his friends than making money. Just look at this motherfucker here:
I'm honestly surprised the Heat do as well as they do. It seems like past James, Wade, and Bosh they don't have hardly any depth to their roster.
