I'm pretty sure this isn't even GameStop exclusive, but it is a pre-order only thing I guess.
imagine buying this pile of shit
i am going to need some much more rigorous training to prepare my hands and wrists for the marathon i will endure with those ellen page semi naked scenes
i have already booked several weeks off of work and several appointments with my physician. all that is left is to finalize my amazon order of a gallon of bad dragon(tm) cumlube to minimize chafing and my 2 month supply of kleenex wipes.
i mean, if gamestop have something along those lines as a preorder bonus, please tell me now (and whether i will save money)
imagine buying this pile of shit
I've already got it paid off, come at me.
Anyways, a little disappointing that that's the "exclusive scene" they were touting as a bonus. Ah well.

Demo was fun.
imagine paying 60$ for a movie written by David Cage
Murdered:Soul Suspect looks to be more fun.
Expecting this one to be great though, just need a bit of polish.
only good game he wrote was Omikron: The Nomad Soul and that game actually had gameplay in it as well you know
unlike these gimmicky movies hes trying to make because hes a talentless writer who couldnt make it into hollywood
Quantic Dream are a group that just tries so, so hard to find the best way to avoid doing the sensible thing and turning these ideas into point-and-click adventure games.

This fucking guy.

Slightly off subject, for those looking for a cool P&C game, check out The Longest Journey. Great Game.
Quantic Dream imo, try too hard to immerse people into the game and unfortunately in heavy rain's case, although it was the best QTE based game i had ever played (Trust me the Bar is set low.), that is exactly what the gameplay amounted down to, QTEs.
Demo was fun.
They released a demo?
Damn, I have to download that.

Gamestop gave away keys on their facebook
Demo was fun.
All the demos for Cages' games are fun. Doesn't mean the games themselves are good.

Heavy Rain was good even with demo
Heavy Rain was good even with demo
Heavy Rain was the biggest disappointment since my son.
Heavy Rain was good even with demo
Heavy Rain has about as many plot holes as Swiss cheese has actual holes.
Heavy Rain is ~okay~ during the first playthrough. after that it's like hilariously awful.
I like Cage's ideas and the gameplay in the games are executed pretty well, but goddamn he is a terrible writer which automatically makes the games completely shit.

I really do hope that Beyond is good, but I would never risk spending money on his games.
ellen page seals this game as being complete garbage
anyone who thinks david cage is a good writer needs to go play Indigo Prophecy
ellen page seals this game as being complete garbage
B-but Willem Dafoe though.

Hey, that could've turned out interesting if he didn't start huffing paint halfway through writing it.

david cage is a hack, don't defend him
hell, why hasn't any shit-eating games journalist written anything about how blatantly racist and creepy David Cage is?
for god's sake, Indigo Prophecy had a main character (who becomes irrelevant later in the game) who was a black man with a jheri curl, whose house was straight out of the 70's complete with lava lamps, could play basketball, and funk jazz music followed him wherever he went?
david cage is a hack, don't defend him
No, you're totally right. It's just that it could've turned out interesting, rather than a slog which makes you want to follow in his footsteps and take up glue-sniffing.

Wasn't Fahrenheit just basically half a game? It was meant to be twice as long, but budget cuts made it suddenly go MATRIX on your ass.
