I love chiptune music, but can you make it on the computer? Is there a program for it?
isn't it like hacking classic games to sample the music or something?
There are many free VST plugins out there. 'free 8-bit VST' on google will bring up some good choices.
An example of a programme that uses VST plugins would be FL-Studio.

There are tons of free VSTs, like Tanner said. Never heard of MilkyTracker but it looks interesting
