In 2007 the band received a Grammy nomination for their 2006 album Sacrament. Lamb of God has toured with the Ozzfest twice and appeared on Slayer's The Unholy Alliance Tour in 2006. They have also played at many other major festivals around the world including Download Festival and Sonisphere Festival in the UK, Soundwave Festival and Gigantour.

Good band, don't like their shows to much, not because they sound bad but because everyone there is an asshole when it comes to picking you back up when you fall in the mosh.
I saw them in concert a few years ago at Ozzfest, they were alright.
I love Rednecks' music video.
Great fucking band. I still have yet to see them live. They played near where I live only twice though :(

Well what do you expect? it's called a mosh-pit for a reason...
They played once near where i live, and i didn't even know it
They're awesome.
Love most of their stuff.
I love Log I haven't picked up wraith yet but I have a Chris Adler sig snare signed by him!
My friend's gonna see these guys soon since he's seeing Metallica.
Used to be my favorite band but I moved on to other stuff.

Oh that son of a bitch
I wanted to go to that show SO FUCKING BADLY
Already saw Metallica, I'd just KILL to see LoG open for them...
Oh well, I'll see them when they headline next time.
if you like these guys, listen to testament

different vocal style, but LoG takes a lot out of Testament's book.

Testament is awesome.
Especially the Demonic album.
Fuck yeah, Lamb Of God. Saw them live as starters for Metallica's Death Magnetic Tour. Love'd them alot.
I dont really like the singing in their first too songs tough. I fucking Love 11th Hour, my favorite song from them right after Redneck.
My #2 second favourite band.
Fuck yeah go!
This is one of my favorite bands, i got every album of theirs :).
They are pretty decent for "new wave of american heavy metal" i.e. metalcore. but yeah they have some nice songs. Nothing I'd rave over though. I do occasionally enjoy listening to ashes in the wake and as the palaces burn.
they aren't metalcore, new wave of american heavy metal isn't metalcore. nwoahm includes bands like machine head, not trivium and atr
LoG is Groove Metal, and their earlier stuff including Burn the Priest is Death.
My favourite of their songs is probably Hourglass.
Groove Metal is pretty good, as it has LoG and Pantera :fuckyou:
Torrented the new album. Pretty good.

Legally, right? :ohdear:
Great band, one of my favourites. Chris Adler's drumming is an inspiration too.
I'm wearing my Lamb of God shirt right now :)
These guys are one of my favorite groove metal bands.
I don't really understand how some of you guys say they are metalcore.
I like lamb of god there are awesome live
I don't like their older stuff but I own Sacrament and Wrath
Sacrament is supposed to be their mainstream sellout album though
Grace from Wrath is just pure win, I always thought they were metalcore (to above poster)
but metal has so many bullshit identical sounding genres I don't even pay attention anymore
My prefered genres (or at least the ones I can tell the difference between) is Hardcore and Metalcore, but they kind of overlap

I friggin' love the drums on LoG :D
I'm a friend of a drummer who always says "That guy's a douche... just take off his bass drums and listen to LoG again, he can't play squat" We always argue about that >:@
