Is there a way to get gamepad drivers working on Windows 7?

Hey,
I bought this cheap gamepad and it isn't working. I know the pad is working but Windows doesn't recognize it so I think it is because of the drivers.
The drivers are supposed to work on 98/2000/XP/Vista, so I thought it could work on 7 too. Also, I can't find newer drivers from manufacturer's site or with google.
So is there any way to fix the drivers or something? I know this feels quite dumb and I don't expect any magical fix, but I wanted to ask.
I have Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit
Drivers install folder with these files to Program files(x86)

I found inf folder in /Windows/ but I don't know which one is the right one. I tried to look through and search for something related to name, but couldn't find.
It's probably the INF file in the Win64(U) folder. I could be wrong, however.

Thanks for a try but there are only 3 .dll files there.
JoyCpl.dll
wFT25C3.dll
Effdrv.dll
