Every time I TRY to load a secure site (HTTPS) it will not fully load. I have this on all my web browser, anybody know what's up?
Is your date and time set correctly on your computer?

You cannot access some websites if the client and server dates do not match.
As well as what Consie said, most modern browsers warn you that the site has an invalid certificate. Firefox is the only browser AFAIK that lets you add an exception. Not sure about Chrome/Opera, please correct me if they do too.
