Best place to order marijuana seeds?

To those who grow marijuana, what website would you consider the best source for seeds?

Get them from friends who has had success with their plants. Pretty much half of the internet MJ seeds business is bullshit and overprice.

Tricking people into buying seeds for $100 when they're easily obtainable for free or for much much less money just to get a specific strain for an obvious first grow.
I'm not saying buying a good strain is not worth it, I'm just saying that at the level most amateur growers operate they will probably yield the same with an average skunk sort as they would if they went ahead and spent $50 on some preppy feminized Amnesia haze seeds.
I'm pretty baked so please tell me if my point doesn't come across :)

I have used Attitude for souvinir purposes only before and they are reliable and beat other seedbanks on price for the seeds i picked.

Not often but after buying so much you might find some, I got a collection of seeds from some really good bags
