Oculus support? They both have the same release window.

as weird as it is; I'm really excited for the music of this game if it's any comparison to ME1

this game is probably the last thing you want to run oculus for more than 5 minutes
oculus, even with the much better tracking/reduction on motion sickness, still suits specific experiences, and things that have a LOT of control over the visual horizon are the worst

All I can imagine from Mirror's Edge with a Rift is instant vomit :v:

Specially if they put motion blur in.

motion blur isn't the issue, it's the fact you don't have control over your visual horizon. The character is looking up walls, down tunnels, doing somersaults and flipping all over the place.
To put it in the most simple terms possible, the reason car sickness exists is you're experiencing physical motion but your body sees a steady environment (the interior of the car), and it can't handle the difference as being 'natural' so it assumes you've been poisoned or something and goes on lockdown
VR sickness is the polar opposite but induces the same effect. You don't feel motion but your visual senses are being fucked with like no tomorrow. Your body thinks it has entirely lost equilibrium (I've had that legit happen once) and goes into repair mode, telling you you have to lay down, close your eyes, and/or throw up the toxins that are causing you to suffer

Using oculus isn't just about having a cool screen and a neat view, it'd have to lock down a lot of major mechanics and visual flair for the sake of not destroying the person experiencing it.
having said that, I would LOVE to be able to explore the game casually and take in the sights. Mirror's Edge is absolutely on my list of games I'd love to see in VR, but also at the bottom of the totem pole on my list of games that should be developed with VR as any sort of focus or limitation on the legit gameplay.
The best way to possibly get the best of all worlds, is if you're using oculus you get a virtual screen floating in front of you, like Oculus Virtual Desktop. Then if you so choose, you can alternate between that and a full VR mode to look at some things before moving back to the screen for primary gameplay

I'd really like some screens or something before a release date
