How to transmit Soundcard audio, microphone audio, and webcam video simultainously

Hi guys,
I'm doing a live stream and I want music in the background, so how do I add the music from iTunes or Winamp from my headphones to the stream? I can't use speakers because I have none, so please help!

IF you are doing this [i]Properly[/i] You might want to think about investing in a mixer and a GOOD quality microphone (Proper Large Diaphram Ccondenser)

If not, I'm not sure a software solution exists unless you have a soundcard with a virtual mixer that has routing busses (Such as M-Audio Interfaces, Terratec 'Faces etc.) - And if such a software exists I'd probably know about it, I may have overlooked something though.
