I'm trying to find a good laptop cooler. Can anyone tell me if -

- is any good?
Or maybe make other suggestions?
Yeah, all 130+ of these people can tell you if that one's good.
I know there's lots of good reviews, but the few bad reviews that complain that it breaks after 5+ months and no customer support has me worried.

You don't need customer support for a laptop cooler, you need a decent warranty for it instead.
I'd recommend (It's what I use):
White - http://www.amazon.com/Cooler-Master-Air-Through-Notebook-C-HL04-WP/dp/B002KLO4ZE/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1295800831&sr=8-1 ($29.99)
Black - http://www.amazon.com/Cooler-Master-Air-Through-Notebook-C-HL04-KP/dp/B002NU5UYG/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1295800831&sr=8-2 ($24.60)
3 port USB Hub + 2.5" HDD Bay + Laptop Cooler.
If you're in Australia:
Orange/Black - http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=13937 ($35) (If you live in Victoria you'll get it the next working day)

Here's the thing. There is a higher probability of someone who had a shitty experience leaving negative feedback. There could be hundreds, if not thousands of people who have that same laptop cooler and didn't bother leaving a review because it works just fine.
Advice? Waste of time.
