I just got a new pc, and the only OS disk we had at the time was 32 Bit XP. I have 4 gbs of RAM and I want to upgrade to 64 Bit W7. The problem is I dont know how to install it. Since the OS i'm running now is 32 bit, I cant open the 64bit setup.
I need to know how to install it.
Any Help is Appreciated
Thanks in advance.

And if necessary, change the boot order in the BIOS.
Backup everything first.
All you have to do is install from boot screen. I just moved from 32 bit Vista to 64 bit Windows 7, it's great, had no problems. Only thing I had to do was to get the 64 bit drivers for my network adapter manually.
Do you even have a 64 processor?

If you don't know how to install an operating system you don't deserve to use it.
