In direct response to both comments, it is a simple tutorial which explains a process that can be used to creating bass wobble, not how to compose an entire dubstep song.

it's missing the dub part of dub step.
You can make a Nero lead synth pretty easily with Sytrus, just have to use operator 1 and FX and some twiddling with some nobs
