So i want myself a laptop and one that can go along for some time without getting the laptop going to cost to much

I made this thread because i just want to make sure the laptop i selected is good enough to last long or that i can get better hardware for the same price.
Things i want to do with the laptop i basic school shit (Office) and that i can run the Source Engine decent (my whole class plays CS:S against each other)
For 650 euro that's great I think, it'll run CSS sure.
