I don't think you can swallow bags of cocaine without them going through your digestive system, so that they would have to be lodged inside the stomach / colon or some intestine.
So unless somebody cut him open and placed the bags of cocaine just under his skin kinda, then yes.
He's either really desperate or really stupid, one of those bags breaks in there and he is a dead man.
