It's Staring into my very soul.
The video looks like Sony ported the Net Yaroze to the PS2, and then some really fucked up weeaboo got his hands on it, and made this with it.
Not sure why that scenario came to my mind, I mean, I guess the effects kind of look similar to what a developer would do when they first got their hands on a PS2 and got a massive programming-boner from it.
