While these guys can be extremely hilarious, most of their humor derives from one bagging on the other or acting silly where Spike and Barley's humor comes naturally to them through stupid shit that happens to them or them acting like idiots and laughing at small stuff keeping them from actually getting through a game. No doubt Two Best Friends Play is one of my favorite Let's Play team but in my opinion Spike and Barley beat them by a mile because the chemistry between them two are like mine and my friend's.
