WASHINGTON—Mike Flynn, President Donald Trump’s former national security adviser, has told the Federal Bureau of Investigation and congressional officials investigating the Trump campaign’s potential ties to Russia that he is willing to be interviewed in exchange for a grant of immunity from prosecution, according to officials with knowledge of the matter.
If anyone has another source it would be appreciated since WSJ requires a subscription or an account(?).

I feel like the first domino just fell for the trump administration
Oh yeah, that'll sell us on the notion that you have nothing to hide.

Oh shit, is it happening?
Damn my other thread was a second too late. Here's another source based off the WSJ one: http://thehill.com/blogs/blog-briefing-room/news/326639-flynn-offers-to-testify-on-russia-ties-in-exchange-for-immunity
I hope they take him up on it and he fucking lays out everything. Throw them all behind bars or execution for treason.

At the same time Flynn himself is not far behind Trump on the list of people I would want locked up. His corruption appears increasingly flagrant and his betrayal of the uniform, even as a retired general, would be a horrendous precedent.

if he actually flips on trump in exchange for immunity, he will be doing a much greater service to the country than he ever did in uniform

That would imply however that he was very fair into the conspiracy himself, however. So he'll probably never work again in government.
Do it. Save the US from Trump and the cronies. Flynn is a nobody compared to Trump, especially if his testimony leaves him on all sorts of watch lists.

He's not working again in government either way.
It's the choice between being in a cell and not in a cell.
Holy fuck
This could be a dramatic escalation
This isn't nothing, this can't be swept away, he wouldn't offer this and want that without a reality behind it that he's afraid of.
Holy fuck.
He doesn't deserve to get immunity from prosecution.
He should get the full weight of the law brought down on him.

We need to pick our battles here, he gives them what they need, they stick to their word because going back on it sets a precedent, if something like this happens in the future then they might not get someone who wants to backstab out of it and spill the beans.
Huh, I guess Omni was right earlier this week:

I'm more than happy to compromise on that front if it means bringing down Trump's administration.
Guess i didn't see it that way.
That would be even better.

If he were to unveil something much grander than his individual crimes letting him go would be a very small price to pay in comparison
So, any bets on the chances of Michael Flynn having a tragic accident/suicide with this latest development?
As Trump's house of cards falls apart more and more, the chances of Putin deciding to act directly to keep Trump propped up only increase proportionally. I mean, we already know Steele's on the Hit-List, and Putin has assassinated his enemies on US soil within this year.
Better take him up on that quick before he mysteriously dies and Russia says they didn't do it again.
On US soil? I'm curious if there are any past examples of this, though I'm sure there are, I don't know where to look
If Flynn mysteriously dies it's game over for Trump and Russia, nothing can make them seem guiltier. If he doesn't, he can testify and still fuck Trump and Russia. Flynn has the ultimate "trump" card. Get fucked.

If he is in protective custody already and the FBI is on their game, he should be fine. Its a matter of how well the FBI keeps track of him. Right now, they'd do well to go out in to the middle of the desert in Arizona somewhere and lock themselves up with him until they've gotten all the information and testimony they can wring from him.

I was just fucking thinking that

Him dying doesn't directly implicate the administration though, even if its suspicious as fuck. It'd just hammer the point home to the populace, but its not actionable.

Putin isn't remotely afraid of eliminating enemies he can get to on western soil.
A few individuals cited in the Steele dossier present on US soil turned up dead.

I also stopped following him after he accused Fox News, The Intercept, and Portions of Bernie Sanders team infiltrated by Kermlin.
Edit: and also that he was the NSA Dick Pic guy.
Zilla, prepare that hat my friend.
how long til the russians kill him
OK, just because I don't like getting hyped up over this shit: it hasn't been confirmed yet, and we don't know exactly what Flynn is going to say. So don't count all your chickens yet.
What I will say however is that if Trump is found to be guilty of colluding with the Russians... America is in a deep pile of shit.
Nah this can't be happening. Surely it's just salty democrats. Being in the dimension where Donald Trump becomes the 45th president of the US and then gets impeached for treason would be far too interesting.

Mike Flynn must have some compelling information if he wants immunity from prosecution.
