[quote]A Loudoun County, Va. teacher is accused of being drunk at school.
Police say Michael L. Hitzges, 47, is a driver's education teacher at Broad Run High School in Ashburn. An employee found him intoxicated Monday and reported him to a school resource officer.
Hitzges was charged with drunk in public and is being held at the Loudoun County Adult Dentention Center.
He's been at Broad Run High since 2004.

He's that kind of teacher. A friend of mine said he saw him drunk at McDonald's once and bought him some food cause he was so drunk he couldn't comprehend the whole "cash for item" part of buying things. I've heard rumors that he's asked his students where to buy drugs. These of course are all hearsay and I have no evidence to back it up; simply what I've heard. Highschoolers like to make up stories, as you all know.
That haircut...

what?!?!!???????????????
He's actually just setting an example for his students to teach them not to drink and drive.
Or he has drinking problems.
Yeah, it's probably that second one.
at first I thought it was off school hours and he just got wasted after going to the bar or something but then I read that he was intoxicated at school
I'd love to hear his classes.
"Kiiiidddss if you- if you'ree gonnna drive... Fuckit jus shifft the gears an floooor that shit! Classisdismis..."
Wow, there are places that still teach driver's ed in high school? That's awesome.
He might not feel tardy but he sure looks it.

It's part of our PE program. They have teachers that teach other subjects do the drivers ed program. This guy is actually a bio teacher; the local news just wanted to make an issue over the fact that the guy who, at times, is the driver's ed teacher is an alcoholic

Plenty.
I felt weird doing it Senior year though. I wasn't alone, but the majority of the class was a few years younger.
He looks so disappointed in himself.

I keep thinking of this dude for some reason when I see him. Kinda a subtle resemblance.

Where I live, you have to either get private driving lessons (that aren't cheap at all) or wait until you are 18 years old before you can get a driver's license.
Yeah a lot of states let you bypass Driver's Ed and let you go off what you learned from your parents/friends/etc. and test if you are 18. There are also states where you straight up can't get a license until your 18.
