Could someone help me out? I have a computer that I put together myself and runs fine, but whenever I try to install Windows Service Pack 3 my computer breaks, and when it breaks I try to start it up and it just immediatly shuts down, why is this happening?
Faulty RAM maybe?
Have you installed Visual C++ 2008, the newest .NET framework, and all that jargon? (I forgot if they're installed in the SP3 update already).

Try moving your PC to a cooler place, or checking if the soldering in your PC is still solid
