I'm trying to build a gaming computer for a friend with a budget of $200 + random spare comp parts. I've got a build together but would like some one to glance over it and see if something needs to be replaced or if you think that 'x' would be a better choice. Thanks for the help.
Parts that we already have:

This build is slightly over budget but only by $17
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820144478 cheaper, better RAM
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822152181 better HDD
not happy with the PSU but I doubt you'll get any better with this budget, should be alright for these specs anyway but I wouldn't upgrade without considering the PSU
RAM 44$ with rebates: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820145251&cm_re=Corsair_xms-_-20-145-251-_-Product
And this could be a cheaper alternative for the mobo: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813135270&cm_re=lga_775_motherboard_ddr3-_-13-135-270-_-Product
PSU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817341016&cm_re=ocz_modxstream_pro_power_supply-_-17-341-016-_-Product
The PSU is a bit costy for this budget, but this one has got a 3 year warrenty and from what I've read 86% efficiency.
I vote for my RAM, as it is 3$ cheaper.
Yea I'm not to thrilled about the PSU but I don't think there are any real plans to upgrade this system in the future. Plan is to use this until the summer where he'll get enough to build a new current comp.
Changed mem and HDD. The DDR3 1333mhz will work with that motherboard right? It will just down clock to 1066mhz?
yeah but you can just set it back to 1333 in the BIOS
