This would be great if you knew what you were talking about! In actuality, the "universe" created by the LHC had a diameter of a few um and was comprised of a dozen lead atoms. The semantics concerning how to define "universe" is loose, but I would say you'd need a few trillionfold more atoms to comprise one than that.
