North Korea plans to undertake a third nuclear test and more long-range rocket launches which will be targeted at its "enemy", the United States, its Defense Commission was quoted as saying by state news agency KCNA on Wednesday.
It's happening.
I would say North Korea is starting to push it, but it's far from happening.

And then they "accidentally" nuke us.
And then they "accidentally" nuke us.
And then we not so accidentally vaporize the northern half of the Korean peninsula.
And then they "accidentally" nuke us.
I wouldn't be surprised if they launch a nuke and it blows up midflight over japan.
Everyone in the radius of that nuke has their assholes practically inside out now, please North Korea...
Korean Missile Crisis.
Wheres my Pip-Boy at? I feel im gonna need it.

Fairly sure that if America was nuked, which it won't be in this instance, Korea would pick targets which would stop you from retaliating and if by 'vaporize' you mean destroy it wouldn't just be an American attack but a NATO Operation and a war would ensue due to NK's relationship with China, and if you mean literally Vaporize, well other countries in the UN would get jelly and ban that gun

Read the article numb nuts,
Its long-range rockets are not seen as capable of reaching the United States mainland and it is not believed to have the technology to mount a nuclear warhead on a long-range missile.
I was merely joking. Jeez.
Of course they're not going to throw it at us.

what do you mean "stop you from retaliating"? even if you could take out the US' land based silos (unlikely since theyre supposed to withstand a direct attack), you still have to worry about all those nuclear submarines patrolling the atlantic and pacific.

Well they fire one nuke at one country while aiming a few at other targets. If anyone retaliates, they fire off the other ones.
After rationing all the duct tape and tin foil in the country for months after their last launch, they are able to build a new rocket and give it another try.
North Korea is such a joke.
Their newest missile is about to launch!

I just love how they do the little appreciative clapping after the launch
To be completely honest, i say we wipe the shits off the face of the planet with daisy cutters on Pyongyang, then just backing South Korea up while the North gets ass raped. That and we can just knock out all their defenses with electromagnetic bombs.

Quick guys, promote this man to general so we can use his ingenious war tactics!

Any aggressive attack and removal of their leadership will mean millions of North Koreans dead. Not only soldiers, but all the civilians who revere their great leaders as gods as well.
Not to mention the fact that NK will be extremely unstable for a long period, and may even change for the worse. No intervention by western powers such as that have ever yielded good results.
And EM-bombs won't do shit since most of their defenses don't rely on electronics. Hell they barely have any electronics.
So basically they said they PLAN on nuking us if they can.
That'll go over nicely
also glad I live on east coast. Not that their stuff could even reach the west coast, but still...

1. There is evidence the PROC has recently sold them electronic equipment for use on AA.
2. There is a high possibility that the North Koreans will use a thermonuclear warhead in anger.
3. North Korea's population is better off dead (not to sound horrible). They have been brain washed beyond god-knows-what and they are just starving to death.

1. Even if they have recently purchased some electronic equipment I highly doubt they have integrated this with all defenses and made them completely reliant on it.
2. The more reason not to attack. Not that it'd pose much of a threat, the USAF are well-stocked on aircraft more than capable of intercepting a rocket based on 50 year old soviet designs with a nuke strapped on it.
3. I have no words..

They don't need to deploy it on a rocket.

Deploy it on what then? A bomber plane? :v:
I doubt they would have anything that our radar wouldn't pick up.

Anything that can get to Seoul. They could build a massive piece of artillery, maybe fly a bunch of planes on a suicide mission close to the ground. If war did happen, Seoul would go to shit either way, because of long range artillery.
