I hate Bell Isp!!! - Hardware & Software

Ok so heres the story: About 3 years ago We had to switch internet company and the only one available was Bell Canada( friggen small towns). Anyway after being raped with their shitty 30 kb/s for $50 per month crap, I get slapped with $30 extra bucks because they were disapointed by my internet usage, kind of ironic no? Tl:DR I live in a small town had to get bell pissed off with crappy service and then they yell at/charge me for using their internet.

Take action. Make it public around your town. Nothing's ever fixed with a quiet rant.

My ISP also told me that i was using it to much. MAYBE THAT'S THE REASON I GODDAMN PURCHASED THE FASTEST OPTION THEY HAD. /capsrant

Lol ya, but I live in tiny town so the plan I can get is 6 mp/s download(or 30Kb/s) for realism, 1 mp/s upload and 20 gb limit per month. :(

Teksavvy. If you are in a Bell area, you're in a TekSavvy area. I'm going to convince my parents to switch over to it from our asshole cable provider, Eastlink. When you buy a DSL modem off ebay, it makes it so much cheaper than renting the modem.

My ISP(Cox) doesn't bat an eye lash when I download half a terrabyte and upload 1/4 of one.

Fuck in port angeles it's either 100gb monthly cap wave cable or slow as shit qwest 120kb/s dsl

and i thought i was unlucky stuck with talktalks joke of a package i get about 100KBPS download on a good day, on a bad day it goes down to about 10kbps and i STILL get affected by their "fair usage policy"
