Removing websites from the dropdown box in firefox?

You know how you can set it so bookmarks drop down when you enter www in the address bar? Well for some reason I set it to bookmarks but history that I have ALREADY cleared and isn't in bookmarks comes up on the dropbox anyway. It's not a bookmark and its cleared history, I don't know why it comes up. How do I make it so literally only bookmarks show up on the dropbox? I've set it to just that in options, but still I have this problem.

Highlight it and press delete. Once you clear it out, it should start only showing bookmarks there if that's what you set it to.
