Looking for a program that creates two cursors on one screen

So basically i'm looking for a program that creates two or more mouse cursors on my monitor. Then i want to be able to switch between them, so for example if i press a button, cursor A gets locked in place AND gets locked on the window that it's currently on and stays there, while my active cursor switches to cursor B that i can then freely move and browse with. Is there such a program out there? Is something like this even possible? Virtualbox does this, if i press a button my cursor stays in there while i can just do whatever on my main OS. I've also heard about a program that locks your mouse onto your 2nd monitor while you can freely move the other cursor on your main monitor. Would something like that be possible to do on one monitor for example in virtual desktop on Windows 10? Basically anything that allows me to lock a mouse into a game that i can then freely minimize and let it run in the background while the cursor stays in there and i do other stuff on the same monitor.
