Saudi man identified as being behind Kuwait suicide bombing
A Saudi citizen has been identified by Kuwait as being the suicide bomber who detonated his explosives at a Shia mosque in Kuwait during noon prayers last Friday, killing 27 members of the congregation and wounding 227. Islamic State (IS) has admitted the attack, the first of its kind in Kuwait.
The incident was one of four terrorist attacks on three continents, in Tunisia and Somali in Africa, France in Europe and Kuwait in Asia, two claimed by IS. They came ahead of the first anniversary of the June 29th proclamation by Islamic State leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi of a caliphate in the Syrian and Iraqi territory under the cult’s control. Since then, 21 radical factions have pledged their allegiance to IS.
The Kuwaiti interior ministry has named the bomber as Fahd Suliman Abdeu-Muhsen al-Qabaa, revealing he had arrived in the emirate only a few hours before the operation and had stayed in a house owned by a Kuwaiti citizen who followed a “fundamentalist and deviant ideology”. The bomber was driven to the Imam al-Sadeq mosque by an “illegal resident” identified as Abdulrahman Sabah Eidan Saud.
IS claimed two deadly explosions in May on successive Fridays on Shia mosques in neighbouring Saudi Arabia, where 25 people died. Both attacks took place in the oil-rich Eastern Provinces where Shias make up 30 per cent of the population, although overall they amount to about 12-15 per cent.
Maybe his head was still intact.
That, or dental records.
Saudi probably doesn't give a damn about some Shia mosques being attacked but still, I'm sure they'll do something about this to keep up an image.

Its kinda like looting bodies in Fallout.
IS is trying to add too many enemies to its plate. They're going to reach critical mass of enemies if they attack Russia or the US

And what a great day that will be.
Well, besides the actual attack, you know.
Of all places, why a mosque? You'd think DAESH, a religious fundamentalist organisation, would respect a place of worship of all things especially during Ramadan.

Not if it's the wrong brand of Islam. They've been actively exterminating non-Sunni wherever they encounter them.

Alright, forgive my ignorance but what is the difference? A friend who's Shia said Sunni Islam is a little stricter and more hardline a little like what Catholics are to Protestants.

Is jihadism only in one form of Islam?

They disagree on who was the rightful successor (caliph) to Muhammad. Shias think it should have been Ali, and Sunnis think Abu Bakr (the actual first caliph) was the right one.
This led to theological differences because while Ali eventually became caliph at some point, Shias rejected the teachings from the previous caliphs.

That sounds like an incredibly petty reason to slaughter each other. Even compared to Protestantism and Catholicism.

Welcome to fundamentalist Islam.
At least here in the States, me and other fellow Muslims don't like to talk about the difference between the Shia and Sunni sects, since a lot of mosques have tried to "unify" communities over here (and also because it's pointless). In the Middle East, however, the only majority-Shia countries are Iran, Iraq, and Bahrain, and as such, the Shia minority in other countries are usually targeted by organizations like ad-Dawlah.
The most extreme Islamic country is Saudi Arabia. If any terrorist were to come from an Islamic country, it would be Saudi Arabia.

it's a very educational documentary on Saudi Arabia and the Mid-east in general
