The beta isn't too shabby at the moment. Voice acting is gloriously hammy for the Chaos warships and there's a pretty diverse range of options regarding the ships you can field and their weaponry, and it's also pretty gorgeous to watch unfold, which never hurts. Only quibbles I really have is that windowed play at certain resolutions cuts off the bottom 10th of the screen which means some options in-game are out of reach unless you swap to full-screen. There's also some typos for some ability descriptions. Overall though, it's pretty minor stuff, and I'm confident so far that the full game will be a blast once it hits release day.
