Yeah it's just that, I have used Filesmelt.com heavily and use it without problems then about 3 days ago while uploading an image from my camera, a typical 1.5mb .jpeg, the loading bar would hit the end in a second and then after the time needed for a typical upload no link to the loaded file will show, it goes blank. Imageshack does the same thing but lets in smaller images only, still the bar loads up to max and hangs then throws me a message saying no image was loaded.
I have tried this with FF and IE
So far the only site not giving me problems is tinypic, is it them or me with somthing used for the upload like Java
