Neighbors said man dressed in all black caused concern By Marc Stempka JOHNSTOWN, Pa. -- Residents in Cambria County were left wondering exactly what it was they saw after an unusual sight in one neighborhood: A man was hiding in bushes and running through the streets, dressed in black, like a ninja. In an effort to help battle Johnstown's crime concerns, Todd Kapcsos, of Johnstown, said he dressed as a ninja, but was charged with two misdemeanors for what he did. "I dressed up in all black, snuck around, went through bushes," Kapcsos said. "I was practicing some ninja moves -- ball, looking like a rock, just hiding in the shadows." Kapcsos said he doesn't deny what neighbors in the Moxham section of the city said that they saw, but he said he doesn't think he did anything wrong. Johnstown police, however, charged Kapcsos with loitering and prowling at night and disorderly conduct when he was apprehended on Russell Avenue on July 15. Kapcsos was in court Wednesday for a preliminary hearing on those two charges. Both charges were waived to trial. Chris Trevino lives in Moxham and said Kapcsos' actions were alarming that night and she called police. "It looked like he was trying to break into homes, not like he was trying to save the world," Trevino said. "He was running like a ninja, not like a normal person jogging. He was going back and forth, creeping." Kapcsos said he didn't mean to cause problems and just wanted to help police find the bad guys. "There's not enough police officers. I mean there's not enough [and] the community should do something rather than sit back," Kapcsos said. Police said Kapcsos was found hiding next to a porch, was carrying a black baseball bat, dressed in a black hooded sweatshirt, a long black shirt, a black balaclava style mask and black gloves. Johnstown police officials said they do not condone Kapcsos' actions and that he actually frightened elderly woman living in the home near where he was hiding. "The ninja ran across the alley [that night] and ran into the arms of a police office," Trevino said. The Moxham section has had several high profile crimes in the past few weeks. Three of the city's five 2013 homicides happened in the neighborhood, with the most recent on Aug. 6 at a car wash on Bridge Street. The suspected killer in that homicide has not been apprehended.
http://www.wjactv.com/news/features/top-stories/stories/johnstown-man-dressed-ninja-fight-crime-faces-trial-211.shtml This is literally in my neighborhood. Everyone at work today was talking about him.

See this wouldnt have been a problem if he was better at being a ninja. The fact that there is an article detailing all his actions means he didn't pull it off successfully!
Wait, "prowling at night" is illegal?
Panzer-Side
Sounds more like a decepticon name but i like it
