iTunes Cannot Update, Says "iTunes64.msi cannot be found"

I've been trying to update iTunes to the newest version (1.5.1) so I can get iOS 5 on my phone and iPod, but I keep getting this error message.

Even though I have found the location of where this iTunes64.msi is, it will give me this error when I try to use it.

Any help would be appreciated.
Uninstall and install iTunes again.
Do I need to back up my library first?
