If anyone happens to remember the mistake on the coke rewards site where you could get a 12 pack of coke coupon for 0 coke reward points you may be getting a email that has the following.

Basically what this says is that Coca Cola isn't responsible for the mistake and so are refusing to send the coupons that you likely already have receipts for. Last time I check you get a receipt after the completion of a transaction, and once the transaction is completed, neither party may back out of it. So here's a question, is this legal?
Sue them, get raped by 20 lawyers.

Of course it is.
You agreed to the TOS, and the TOS said that they weren't responsible if this happened.
This is no different that Amazon listing some expensive electronic item (or, let's say, an office company listing a chair) for $0 and then refusing to ship to the thousands of people who tried to buy it. (for the white house)
Yes it's legal.
You would never ever ever ever win a law suit on Coca Cola unless Coke caused you some sort of disability. It would cost way more then a 12 pack of coke to sue for a 12 pack of coke.
I used to have 3000 mycokerewards points that I saved for awhile and since I never logged on the site they fucking expired. Fuck them.
Something like this happened to me when I bought something from the Valve store. Some posters were mistakenly priced 9 dollars lower on the checkout than on the storefront, but on the bill they were normal price and my card got charged normal price. I e-mailed them about it and they refunded the 9 dollars I wasn't supposed to have saved in the first place. :3
Wait for them to send you the coupons, then send an email back complaining at their mistakes and demand more rewards.
This is why I drink Pepsi.
This is why I drink Pepsi.
You know Pepsi would do the same thing.
It's not the company being cheap. It's them keeping the contract with their shareholders who can sue them if they lose them money from a preventable error such as this.
Please go learn basic economics.

Fuck, that was a good thread.
I still get a free 12-pack, so I'm ok with it. I would rather have had my 25 12-packs, but this is good too
Dear consumer, were sorry you can't get a free 12 pack, take a free 12 pack instead.
Woah woah woah.
Those bastards promised me free coke!
Dear consumer, were sorry you can't get a free 12 pack, take a free 12 pack instead.
Except I should be getting 15.
At least we're still getting one free 12 pack. I fully expected to get nothing.
You're still getting one free 12-pack right? Isn't that better than nothing?

What the hell does that mean?
On topic, at least you're getting a free 12-pack.
just wow.
If something is advertised at a price, it must be sold at that price. So they can't exactly do that.

You don't deserve 15.
They're just trying to save money because the Nuka-cola Quantum was a flop.
