Well let's see: - Uber drivers don't wear a uniform - Uber drivers provide their own tools (car) - They are paid per performance, not per hour - They do not necessarily work at pre-designated times So if this case happened in Australia, the union would be incorrect and Uber drivers would be contractors, not employees. I mean being a contractor sucks balls but that's what they are.
