Nope.

Sellers have two options when selling. They can use calculated shipping (which is almost always wrong) or they can set a fixed shipping price. The shipping price is clearly listed on the auction page under the auction price, and on the final checkout page. A seller has no obligation to deal with a buyer trying to haggle on the shipping price, they can just give it to the next highest bidder or just relist the auction.
