No matter what I'm doing every fifth minute I have to take these huge stretches and yawn at the same time, even though I'm not tired.
This has been happening for like 2 years. Anybody have an Idea?

That's weird, then. Do you have a fast metabolism (eat a lot and don't gain any weight?)
Yawning and stretching are both caused by excess heat.

Not sure, I've been the same body shape since I was born, semi chubby still normal weight under the DPI chart though. But my skin temperature is warm.
I'm kind of temperature resistant, I can go out in the cold with a t-shirt, and it doesn't bother me that much.

Because you actually have AIDS?
Could it be because of Growth?
Also, when I stretch, I stretch every single section of my body.

It's probably your metabolism, then. Your muscles produce too much heat, just turn the tempurature down in your house 5 degrees. You'll grow out of it.

It doesn't just happen in my house, it happens everywhere. I'm not sure if it happens outside though.
I'm not VERY active, but I do 80 minutes of phys ed everyday. Excluding weekends.

I stretch constantly. I'm just one stretchy guy.
Why are you complaining about it? I LOVE the feeling having a good strech n' yawn.
You have tourettes.
itt nobody is funny
Wierd, however slightly random. I would get a doctor.

That happens to me a lot, but only on certain days.
Maybe you're part cat?

Its not bad, but if your want to stop I think I know a way. Right before you feel like you are going to yawn, take a drink of water. I had a bad cough and it makes you stop doing things over and over again. Streching, I don't know. But streaches are good, keep doing them.

I asked my doctor, he told me it could be because some people get a rush from stretching. And it could be a mixture of both boredom and you just feel comfortable doing it. He also said it's not unhealthy but could be good for the muscles and bones.
You might have stiff joints?

yawning means your brain is too hot. or you are tired. See a doctor
I yawned throughout the entire thread.
Stretching a lot? Do you happen to be acquaintances with a man by the name of Prufer?
