I cant install Visual C++ Express to my computer every time i try and do everything that is says to do it become an error and ironic enought so is it windows error.... that i cant install and thats the first thing thats getting installed so then it doesent install anything else. I mean i can live with out more errors in windows but i really need this program so do someone now how to fix this.

It's most likely that it's missing one of the key components for Microsoft programs. Make sure you have the latest version of .NET framework and visual C++ 2010 redistributable
You can try [url=http://www.codeblocks.org/]Code::Blocks[/url], a portable, free, multi-platform IDE with similar functionality as microsoft visual studio.
