Anything that runs off of .NET or runs fullscreen will pop this error before launching: To run this application, you must install one of the following versions of the .NET framework: 4.0.30319 The baffling part is: I've installed and reinstalled multiple times. This all happened after C# express was installing and failed halfway through. It's getting really bad, because I can't even use some applications (they'll close right after that error). Thanks.
Have you tried removing everything .NET related, or just the 4.0.30319 version?
Removing .NET is a pain in the ass to do manually, I recommend the .net cleanup tool.

Tried that + reinstall, no success. For now I am using windows in a virtual machine for anything I need .NET related.
Have tried reinstalling C# Express as well?

I tried it when the issue first arose and it wouldn't install (some error half way). I just uninstalled it.
