So I found a Gameboy Colour, but it's covered in gold paint, the paint is from those pens you can buy that you have to shake every few seconds to use. I've tried everything and I want to play some Pokemon without my hands getting sticky ass shit.
Goof-off?
use a metal ruler and scrape it off

Get one of those fingernail brushes and scrub it.
buy a ds
buy a ds
You can't play GBC games on a DS.

If that fails, try using some nail polish remover or rubbing alcohol. Just make sure to wipe it all off afterword.

If you know what you're doing I would recommend disassembling the whole thing and going over it with steal wool and a cleaning solvent.
Don't put it in a microwave. Ten year old me was not wise when he said, "It will probably melt and peel right off."
Buy another one of ebay for like £10? Will look better than one that's had paint scratched off it... well that is if you manage to scratch it off. Edit: Hell buy a broken one off ebay for cheaper and swap the casing Edit #2: I need to buy myself another GBC, I found mine and was well pissed off because the power pack leaked battery acid into it and wrecked the thing.
Nail polish remover
Wrong Icon. No programming here.
turpentine
Turpentine and a toothbrush would be a good idea.
Spray aftershave or deoderant on it, they use pretty decent solvents that can lift most paints

Paint over it [editline]09:55PM[/editline] Modeling paint thinner. Even got some gold paint out of my carpet and let me wipe it up.
Goo-Gone is probably what you're looking for. It kicks ass, I got a Zune off dealextreme and a sticker had attached some gold-ish paint to the bottom of the thing when I took it off, a few seconds of rubbing some goo-gone on it made it look good as new without damaging the finish. I've heard of a guy who bought an LCD at a hawk shop which had a sticker on the actual LCD part, some goo-gone removed the sticker and it's residue completely without so much as a smudge. It's basically jesus piss in a bottle.
Use paint stripper, Nail polish remover (With acetone), Goo-Gone, anything made to remove paint.
Don't get goof off on your hands, it'll sting for hours
put it in concentrated CLR and see what happens

It wouldn't be too hard to find some in a store somewhere.
Acetone or another solvent (like gasoline! )

You just put some mayo on the sticker, let it sit for like a couple minutes and just scrape it off.
use your cock.
