Also, I've known about this for a while. It's not exactly new.
Have yo ever heard of [release] and [url] tags? Also it going through mains and being analysed is pretty neat, it's not conventional
But the hacker would have to be physically next to you, rendering the entire process useless because he can just read what's on the screen. EDIT In soviet russia, flow reveals you!

good thing my keyboard got a USB slot...
well i know this a bout the flow of the current but seriously why use this when ye can just plant a simple keylogger which not many antivirus system will detect. its just plain stupid...

Read an article about this manner of hacking, it's known as a side channel attack, most of the techniques that fall under this category revolve around being able to steal information without having to be on the same network as the target.
