Fuck, I'm pretty immune to shock videos, but this one stuck in my head. It's weird thinking moments before he was out with his friends, he was probably a good looking guy too, then it can all go wrong so fast. I think he's an idiot for doing that, they should have seen the danger, but I wish he'd just broken a leg or something, not his fucking face!
When that fucking paramedic keeps opening up his face for the camera, I got so pissed. The poor guy, I swear you can see his tongue moving about, it's fucking gross.

The initial video has nothing to do with the second, the second video is of something else entirely.

You sure? If this is true, than God I'm happy. Not only cause no one actually died, but because I thought "The fuck, the head breaks so easily?" and now I know it probably doesn't. I'm pretty sure a fall from that height would kill you, but your head wouldn't explode into gore like that. Your neck would probably just smash...

Yeah, I'm 100% definite it's fake. However, the head has been known to be almost completley dismantled whilst the body remains alive. I can find sources if you wish, it isn't pretty.

I'll pass, thanks. That's the sort of wound I expect from a direct hit from a sword (like a fucking greatsword) or a bludgeoning weapon. It made me feel more weak knowing my head could break so easily.
Also, I know you CAN live with your head being completely broken open, I just don't like to think about it.
