Normally I'd say this isn't true and was just a mistake, but since it's on an official site of Konami, there's a decent chance it could be real.

I hope it's true, I really do. After MGR came to Steam, I always hoped they would add the other MGS games.

Oh god please be! I've only played like a whole 1 hour of total of Metal Gear in my life, I don't even remember which game it was but Phantom Pain looks sooo good. It looks so ridiculously fun to play I've actually considered getting a PS4 JUST for that game.
