That's seriously horrifying, you have to wonder the mindset of people like this, where they've just absolutely given up. What does the brain do to itself when the body has just entered this horrifyingly dilapidated state?

Jesus. It's not even like it's very hard to lose weight at all. When your weight starts affecting your ability to perform everyday tasks you should be responsible enough to realise you have to change your lifestyle.
