• Windows suddenly shat itself. But everything seems okay.

Hello. So right this moment (about 20 minutes ago), I was pretty much doing my life on my PC, watching videos while having Unity 3D launched in the background and a couple more programs. However, as I was watching the video, suddenly, every single program that was launched in some way, how to say it, they all maximized into my screen, like Google Drive for instance, opened all of it's forms (Sharing, settings), and it did that kind of thing for all launched programs, which caused for the screen, and the taskbar to be flooded with a lot of stuff. Me being panicked, I held the power button and restarted it in safe mode, however, as I ran into msconfig and the like, nothing threatening was there, I double checked the obvious spots, and ran RogueKiller and it found absolutely nothing. Now I restarted my PC, and everything seems okay and normal, I even triple checked again msconfig and the like, and nothing is here. There is no sign of viruses, trojan, even RATs or rootkits, the PC is as fresh as it was before Windows took that bad shit. I am both scared and confused, what should I do ?
Run a full MBAM scan and if nothing comes up, keep using the PC for a while and see if any further incidents occur.
Alright running a scan so far, it scanned my processes, registry, & startup objects and it detected nothing, so i'm already pretty safe on that side, still running on my whole disk drive tho, will report back once it finishes.
Alright, scan returned nothing, pretty much everything is clean, my PC also didn't shat itself a second time. My wild guess it that it would be Unity's fault, because I was importing something quite huge, and it caused my CPU to boost, and maybe an accidental key combination while Unity was refocusing or something, it probably caused this clusterfuck. Will bump back if anything happens again on that subject. Thanks for the help brandonsh!
Alright, it happened again, but I can confirm that it's indeed Unity that is causing this. Whenever importing big packages in Unity for some reason Unity will sometimes lock up and then the whole everything opens up. Nothing to be worried about, but it's rather very annoying. If anyone got this glitch and found a way to fix it, it would be appreciated.
Get the UDK or something and see if it happens in similarly taxing processes there.
Could be the graphics drivers crashing and restarting, windows flashes briefly to VGA mode then back again.
