A friend of mine tells me this DLC can be downloaded for free with the GOTY Edition for 360. Is he lying or is this true?(I don't have a 360 so I have no clue) He told me this a few days ago, so I haven't had a response from him about this yet, now that it's released.

PC gets it for free, they said it was a playtime of around 30 minutes, I've seen screenshots. I've made a decision: I'm not buying it. I don't need to have played it to know it's not worth the money.
