Mouse and keyboard not working ingame

Hi, as of this moment my mouse and keyboard are working as they should,
but when i start a game like, timeshift, mass effect 2 and such, my mouse and keyboard becomes completely unresponsive, i cant move the mouse nor the keyboard. while i am able to alt+tab ord ctrl+alt+del as usual

i've tried reinstalling drivers, uninstalling, shifting usb ports and even used adapters so that no usb ports are used by mouse or keyboard...

any ideas, because i've NEVER seen this before

edit: the mouse usually shines less bright when not used, but seems to always be shining bright.
