You should just plug it in and it works, unless it came with a driver cd. Check in system preferences under sound and then under the input tab

It has just a plug in its a simple mic
Then what's the problem? What happens when you plug it in? Is it USB or does it have a regular audio connector, as it doesn't say [pretty much anything] on the product page (which really should have been a good reason not to buy it in the first place but whatever)?
On an unrelated note, you can see people are rather stupid:
"This is a mic that requires "power" from your source (computer)" I want this guy to show me his microphone which works on a hand-crank. Also thanks for enlightening us with that "(computer)" I never would have guessed what that highly technical term referred to.
"I received no instructions on how to use this mic that I purchased. I check the entire packaging. All I can see is you plug it in and use it. There is no software. So the money spent on this item was useless" Because "plug it in and use it" apparently aren't good enough instructions for a microphone which you are supposed to plug in and use.
