Is it possible? Disk management won't let "extend" C, and when I googled for it, I found a way using diskpart.exe, but I feel unsafe using it.
If you're willing to burn a CD for it, GParted can do it.
If you're too afraid of a linux livecd, go look up PartitionMagic. It's stupidly expensive though.
Hm you sure it won't ruin my windows boot when make it bigger?
We aren't stupid, we wouldn't be telling you what software to get to expand your partition if it ruined it in the process.

GParted is shit. It took 5 hours to make my partition 10GB bigger and then it corrupted my MBR.
If you want something that works, google EASEUS Partition Manager - it's free and it works well.
Careful, I tried to resize a partition once and it raped my HDD and I lost every tenth file. Just a warning, unlikely to happen to you but y'know.

Enlarging a partition is an instant operation on GParted. Your HD decided to shit on you as you messed with the partition.

It told me it had to copy files (From what? Empty space? :downs:), and that took about 4 hours, then instantly added the space. Then corrupted my MBR.

Are you sure you didn't more the partition as well?
Gparted
I use gparted sometimes and half the time it corrupts my mbr.
My GParted CD won't even run the application, it errors out ofter selecting one of the menu options :v: But I have sued it in Ubuntu while running that live, and it work pretty well, and doesn't take too long, just don't be a penis and cancel a operation halfway through like I did :downs:
Windows tends to cry when you try and resize it, best to leave it alone
