• Messing With A Sound Some Hate.

I'll start with guitarists. I have found one thing they ALL hate, and I can't go wrong here. It is fret noise. I personally think there are some artistic properties here, so I'm gonna introduce a regular song that has a few fret noise marks that may get to people, take those noises and bring them to my advantage. :smug:
What am I supposed to hate here
I'm trying to make fret noise more appealing :v:
Nothing wrong with fret noise, I even use it as an element in my own music.
Is the intro supposed to be fret noise?
I'm guessing that's Bob Dylan?
Is the intro supposed to be fret noise?
It is pure fret noise. [editline]15th February 2011[/editline] Just adjusted a bit :smug:
It sounds like reversed guitar
I have been experimenting with fret noise on my bass, trying to control it, so it's like a bend. It's difficult.
Fret noise can also result in very ambient sounding tones which results in a very thick sound :iia:
You guys should post some.
Will do when I got some time, working on a presentation atm.
I'm guessing that's Bob Dylan?
Nope. Edit: Fuck, just realised it is actually a song written by Bob Dylan for the artist. Damn good coincidence.
