I recently bought a dedicated server running windows server 2003 and it's blocking microsoft.com so I can't update directx and in turn cant run my ArmA 2 servers because of it. I've turned off their advanced security, i've added microsoft to the trusted sites i've googled around to not much success and i'm just not sure what to do, so last resort if you guys. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
I would suggest that it's infected with some sort of malware.
Have you scanned the system?

Blocked, AVG site is blocked too.
Contact the company who you bought those servers from?
What happens when you try to go to one of those sites?
Malware, definitely. Try finding another computer, downloading an antivirus installer, and installing it on your infected computer.
